Well, because being a monk with higher charisma, you'll get better prices selling/buying from merchants, or training with your guildmasters. =) So I'd say its a tad better than worthless. Almost, but just shy of it.

The +15 HP, while helpful (every little bit helps), is kinda trivial with the level of mob you should be fighting at this experience level, but it may very well save you if you get lucky enough to get a minimal hit while running like crazy.

The AC of course, is all important, and 5 is better than nothing.

If you don't care about charisma, might I suggest a Forsaken Pariah Mask, AC5, 0.4 weight, and -25 charisma (should be called 'Mask of the Ugly Stick'). Very easy to get for a level 23+, and there isn't a much better mask until you can hit the Kunark high level zones (Old Sebilis, Charasis), PoA, or Velious. If you get the Pariah Mask, just make sure you take it off before shopping. =)

But just for the sake of having to remove the Pariah Mask and replacing it every time I want to spend some coin at a merchant/guildmaster (something I'm very sick of), I would much rather have one of these.
