Is this not the same sword that used to drop in SSRA? and it used to have a hate proc on it. Why do they always take from the warrior??

This weapon used to be 28 dly/26 dmg. A March 2007 patch brought many TSS weapon dly/dmg changes including this one, which now sports 21 dly/24 dmg + 1 fire dmg. Also changed the effect from 'Fiery Strike III' to 'Chaotic Strike II'.

The ratio is just sad considering its from a level 75 exp zone.

It's really unfotunate that this weapon has such a crappy ratio... they should've at least gave it a ratio close to or better than Despair.

Is this a typo in the entry? I'd certainly hope a 265 hp item doesn't have 24 damage and 28 delay ...

Question: is this a RAID mob? Coming off a no-raid mob and having Tacvi hps is outstanding for the non raider. Granted, I'm sure Arbiter of Ash will require raid equipped people to take down, but just the same SINGLE group content. Not even PoR or DoDH group attainable gear is this nice, not even close

High hitpoints are useless if they are on a weapon with a lousy ratio. Despair, Blade of the Eclipse, even an aug'd Cold Iron Hammer are better than this.
This is not a raid mob. Easily single grouped it today with Anguish geared group. Would be difficult for a group to get to this mob though that had people in it that could actually use this weapon. Arbiter also drops a plate class (melee only) earring with about 265 hps.
Probably not from raid mob (type 4 aug slotted item).
24 dam / 28 delay isn't very desireable. Maybe they'll have a change of heart with these "high hit point/substandard dps" weapons from TSS and make them right. One can only hope.
