Its a large race template BEFORE luclin and pop. This is an old school quest way before luclin. so, no kittys. I think the only way they could create it is with this template.
now the DUMB thin is that some like the leggings and the tunic (Mail) HAVE been tagged Vah Shir. So that is kind of dumb... :-/ the need to remake it so all can use, because there is no promised way to specify the part you want.

The picture above is right. That's exactly what the item says. It used to be like that on all the pieces at first I think, this piece just got overlooked I guess.
Aye, just a case of eyestrain from the QA team! Look around, there is an abundance of items with race/class combination error.
I guess the point they were trying to make is LARGE RACE ONLY. heh heh
