I am well aware jade maces are in fact better.

Ok were is it dropped at? pls talk about what is important in locating these items

It drops in Sebilis off of Illis knights (I have seen) and wizards (others have seen). Illis critters are high-level frogs in Sebilis, and average around level 53 or so. They are found mostly on the lower level, in the area around the Illis Jail, in the first of the four lower level areas (the others being the King Camp (named after the mushroom king), the Juggs (named after the Sebilite Juggernaughts), and Trakanon himself (and his followers)).
The only Illis spawn on the upper level is a single spot in the center of the raised dias outside of the camp known as 'D1' or 'Disco One'. Only an Illis Wizard spawns at this spot, never a shaman or knight.
