can anyone tell me the minimum hp/mana on this in a no undead zone please?

To recap what he said, minimum stats (0 undead in zone) are as follows:
+15 AC
+10 STR
+10 STA
+10 DEX
+10 AGI
+12 INT
+12 WIS
+12 FR
+12 CR
+12 MR
+12 DR
+12 PR
+1 Regeneration
+1 Mana Regeneration
+1 Damage Shield
+2% DoT Shielding
+207 HP
+207 Mana

In ruins of illsalin it's 396/396 unaugged. Lowest I've seen is 207/207. See magelo 1053054 of my main onez for detailed stats.

The screenshot and the stats listed are maximum stats it seems, been taken in Kurn's Tower and you can't get any more undead than in this zone.
In PoK with no undeads at all it's AC 15, STR, DEX, STA, AGI +10, WIS/INT +12, SvAll +12; Regeneration (HP and Mana) +1, Damage Shield +1, DoT Shielding +2%.
PS: Removed a link that's no longer working and I have to admit that I seem to be wrong about no zone having more undeads that Kurn's =/

Does your undead necro pet count as undead for making this charm max out?
Does pcs, including yourself, in an undead illusion count towrds maxing this charm?
