Was pleasantly surprised by the dps on this.
61 ranger, WA6, SCF3, 15CE
I was previously using a 19/22 +400dd in primary with 22/23 in offhand, running through south wing of HS was good for about 8.5-9aa per solo lesson. Swapping to this and moving the 19/22 to offhand I could clear three of the 4pop rooms that I was skipping, and even went back through east entrance to kill the 4pop there.... 11aa, speaks for itself. Love the procrate mod.

If you're bored (like i was) this makes a great weapons for a twink. At lvl 70+ this isn't very good IMO due to all the great ratioed weapons now available in the bazaar.
I have this on a lvl 62 ranger and it's pretty nice. A majority of it's damage will come from its procs, and once you invest in WA6 you can see some pretty crazy proc streaks with this puppy; my highest so far is 5 in a row. I did some parsing against another VP-dropped weapon with a similar damage scaled proc on it (the 620 DD from the aged blade of falling stars). Over 10 comparisons the dagger procced 9 times vs 16 for the cudgel against trash mobs in CoD.
Again, fun toy if you are twinking with it; once lvl 70+ it loses some of its appeal i think.

Picked this up for my 60 BST on FV, and I can tell you that this thing procs at a MINIMUM 5-6 times per battle. I *just* put 5aa into WA1 late last night, and just got a CE +3 item as well, and haven't had a chance to test the weapon since then, but I can tell you that 25/34 ain't a terrible terrible ratio, when you're adding 3600 mana free nuke dmg to it per battle. I can take out dark blues in about a minute, whereas prior to having this weapon it would take me well over 2 minutes. It has really increased my DPS.
I pair this with a fabled steel hilted flint dagger, which procs a 625dmg nuke (although not as frequently because it has to proc mod, and is in my offhand). They make an excellent pair against mobs with low-medium fire/magic resistance.

Lucy says this has a +188% modifier to procs. In terms of comparison, a summoned cleric hammer (#1 most proccing weapon, which procs pretty much every other hit) has a +288% generally. The proc damage is also modified by foci, as my 66 ranger w/spell damage focus has this equipped in his primary and he does anywhere from 582 to 775 (so far). So add in a focus, and perhaps even SpellCasting Fury, and you would have a nasty weapon that could create some surprising burst damage with a little luck.
This thing procs like crazy. With no CE+ items on my gear and only level 2 WA this thing still goes bananas. Id imagine this would be a fine aggro weapon for any warrior/sk/pal that can't get their hands on the class specific or upper end stuff with the insane ratios etc etc. If you're keyed for this zone and can find others likewise it is well worth the effort to seek out this weapon.
