The picture of the item states Special ALTERATION +12% yet the text listing additional modifiers next to it says Special CONJURATION +12%. Which is it?

I have since participated in this event a few times now since posting the original sentence above. Have also had this cloak drop 3 times. It is an Alteration skill mod as the picture says, not Conjuration. Personally I am using Anguish ench helm which has a Conjuration mod on it so this is the icing on the cake if you ask me =)
