This item is found in a chest that spawns at the end of instanced mission "Find Fibblebrap 3 : The Hive" in Living Larder ( done with a lvl 67 group, so between having choice between normal and hard version )
Furthermore, this item is no more an evolving item. So stats and photo are wrong.
