Been in CC now for almost 24 hours. No Scuttlebucket, and only one spawn of Octobot. They must have nerfed the spawn rate. Only got the Speckled Mushroom band.
All that is lost, is not Forsaken

got mine when I reached level 51 and started working on AA's. I am now level 55 with 76 AA's and these have FINALLY evolved completely. As near as I can tell it was about 5% evolving per AA

52 Necro put these pants on and thought sure i can solo light blues fast np.... got nothin as far as evolving the pants, just alot fo trash talking from them. however the second i grouped with some people right around my lvl in OS i got 2% in about 20 minutes... im thinking lvl of groups has something to do with it.. these pants are fond of being the center of attention from its wearers peers

I put these on right after my necro dinged 53. He's now just hit 56, and I've onl gotten 14% - of the first level. UGH! This is with a mix of soloing and grouping. My necro will be 70 long before these things ever hit the final level.

I should've kept these things. Bought a pair for 10k right after the expansion came out, sold them for 20k. Then I decided I wanted a pair so went to camp the rat..... killed it dozens and dozens of times, no pants... :-(

When casting a spell:

These pants cant possibly be common drop. I am on day 10 with my 70 wiz camping this rat.. and cant count the number of boots I have gotton..and have gotton several head pieces.

leveling mine right now. i can say that they do get exp in groups, but it is much slower. i am testing the theory that it is the number of kills, not the amount of exp. so far it took 20 kills to gain 1 exp point on these solo. this was a mix of light and dark blue mobs for a 54 mage. will update as i go. did this again in tracks teeth instead of velks. i killed a mix of lbs and dbs. the result? it took 31 kills for 1%. I have aslo asked others for their results, and i have unconfirmed reports that a high end group party will get 1% exp per kill.

Has anyone lvled these pants? I have a pair on my druid and OMG still at 0% after many hours of killing both grped and solo. Anyone have some good suggestions to speed it up?

I believe you need to solo to lv these. The pants make the comment "did you ever think that there may be more important things in life than casting (spell name)? I hope your not helping others when we could be helping ourselves." I have two boxed my toon with these on for 3 lv now, with 2nd toon not getting any xp and these did not lv. I soloed 5 mobs and got it to go to 1%.
I have been camping Skuttlebucket for a few days now. Mostly drops the boots - his rare drop seems to be the helm... I’m wondering if these evolving items are random drops. Like the drops in NC. For ex: Drakescale Shield, if anyone has any ideas please let us know… Thanks…
You can't loot these again, even if you've level'd the pair you already have.
Off Scuttlebucket, rarish spawn at the top of the Creep reaper camp, near the 328 gnomes. Only ever seen the little blighter once, green to me at 70, killed him and these dropped! Bargain!

I believe they are a random drop in Corathus. My GF's Necro is wearing them and she got them from either a Creep Reaper or one of the Corathus slugs.
