confused Heiro cloak or frostreaver which one you take and why?
If you can get both the heiro cloak and this one or the other in the bank for specal event then your set. This Item is great for me when I solo as a 51 dru but I would rather take a heiro cloke on a raid...

Without the focus effect: Spell Haste III, I can say that this cloak worth nothing more than a Heiro Cloak or even an Ice Silk Cloak. Spell Haste III is the most important selling point on this cloak since it's the only NON No-drop item with this effect so far after PoP, also, the resist gives great bonus.
U don't know how important is the effect for a caster? Being an Enchanter, I can mez 0.5 second faster, cast Haste/slow/charm and other anonying buff faster, and also gate for nearly a second faster! I think when in higher level zone, 1 second means a lot more than the 75HP bonus, since most Mobs close to your level can hit u over 200+ within 1 second.

Hiero Cloak still has 75 HP and 4 sta which adds another 5 HP, so 80HP you live longer. I agree, would rather wear Hiero in most situations, but remember that you dont need naki studded rings anymore with this cloak, so you can wear a better ring. Buffed my INT/CHA is maxxed out anyway. BTW, right now I wear Shimmering Terror Hide Cloak, for HP ;-)... well, yes, if I had the chance, I would really take this cloak and forget about Hiero...

You really can't just say; well, it's 100K pp. It's just more or less priceless. But, It's of course also great for Healers and such, however, I'd go for a Lodizal Shell Shield myself. But, for an enchanter, this cloak r0xx0rz!

Ok, is killing the Dain coldain faction hit? Some of his citizens hate him. What level is the king?

Yes, killing Dain is a faction hit with Dain, the Coldain, and +King Tormax.
Dain is ll 70, hits for 425 most of the time, 300ish sometimes, and has roughly 250000 hp. No that isnt a type, 250 thousand HP. Using 60-65 people to fight him, it takes roughly 10 minutes to kill him.

Did he say it was necessary to have 60-65 people? No. There are any number of reasons why they'd have that many...there could be a lot of hangers-on who are after faction or a good time. They might have been playing it safe because they'd never done him before. Et cetera. In short - don't be a jerk.

lets face it if your able to attain one of these you obviously can get a heiro cloak with ease
Heiro is only +4 to everything making it a good thing for any class. This is more specialized to casters.

umm, last post was fairly stupid... heiro cloak IS probably better... but thats because of the mana! sheesh, but one could still argue this better as the char in your ******* is MUCH more important.

heiro is better because of mana? i dont have a heiro(or this) so im not sure of stats for heiro but last i checked it was 45 mana i think...look at stats on this again

The ac on it is very nice, and it does have 8 int and 8 cha, but no +hp. I would probably still stick with hiero cloak.
