Depths of Darkhollow
Note: Only the Deep Orcs that are dark blue, white or yellow to Level 70 drop the item, from what we can see. The tip to focus on the bridge area which has Captain Klegor is a good one, but higher ones also spawn past the two additional connected bridges. We failed the first attempt (timer) because we wasted time on Deep Orcs that were only light blue to us! Once we went to the higher area, we had the two swords within 45 minutes.

your thery is verified. the ones with the club and the sword drops it more. but it is also a random drop off all
It may be a random drop off all, but it's not common (more like very rare) from the ones not carrying swords or clubs. We found it easiest to pull the ones in the area with the named Deep Orc (Captain Klegor -200, 200, 108 (up the first ramp of the big western circle section of Stoneroot, surrounded by 6 deep orcs)).
Looks like we had them drop off orcs that were not carrying a shield, but had a sword animation.
