This is actually a very nice shot of the item. You can see the stats clearly. See what it looks like. And he has his name/guild/sever on it. Great pic.

I can clearly see the stats in the pic, the look of the item, the item as it would be represented in inventory, and the persons title, server, and guild. geesh mr anon. get a life cause you cant get such items

Check the pic. There's the words "Effect", but no "effect". Is there an effect?

I think it's mistagged as having an effect when in reality it doesn't. Right clicking does nothing, putting it on doesn't seem to have any additional effects over the stat increasers listed. *shrug*
hmmmm He poses a very good point

lots of quest items have that, not a big deal. just a programing bug, they left the effect code blank instead of putting the code for no effect

I took a look with this via photoshop, and there is a color variation between the shoulders and the torso. There are also inconsistencies in the top of what appears to be the leather.

often if the chestpiece has a little bit of a tint to it, it will have a color variation between the torso and shoulders
Wow. I am impressed. I new look for the monk! I am a 19th lev Human Monk on Luclin and have noticed in my researching that SOOO many chest slot items for monks either look like leather, or have that harness look of cured silk. Its great to see a new look.
Beyond that, and even more importantly is the amazing stats. I think I am more impressed by the stats of the item. /cheer to VI!!
