I was surprised to see this drop from a mechanical clockwork near the Farm in DSH earlier today. Maybe more common now?

again he sit and wait to kill these creepers here and get no freaking clockgears simply stupid . i got the pages way quicker then the gears got all 10 pages needed before 1 gear dropped leave it to sony to ***** something up thats supposed to be , not that difficult ........again sony thanks alot for waisting most of our time
This is a very small area of mobs to have so many quests and the drops are terrible. Took me almost 12 hrs straight of killing creepers to get all the pages for the quest..It took a very long time to get the m...h.....etc. page..
Also I have noticed that not 1 digested coral dropped from the squirmers. All the other nights with groups, we always got a few digested coral...
Now I am stuck trying to get 2 Clockwork gear. So how can many people do this quest if your spending the time camping the mobs..
Kinda ridiculous getting 9 pages so easily and then making it so hard for the last one...Why bother getting 9 at all and making just 1 hard item..

This may not help but you never know. :) These gears <Clockwork Gear and Clockwork Pinion Gear> also drop off the mechanized rats in the mine instance for Finding Fribblefrap 1 and when I looted a Clockwork Pinion Gear it updated my quest so I'm sure looting the Clockwork Gears in there would work also. So if you know anyone that has the faction to get Belfast's quests already you can do the mission with them and just farm the rats for gears. Repop is quite fast and the mobs are very social so pulls are usually 3-4 at a time. Mobs are light blue at 75 for the normal version <not sure if there is a Hard version as he won't offer me the quests yet :)>

This item is also dropped by the creep reapers in the Corathus Creep zone. But as far as i've seen very rare.
