What does it drop off please?

Runed Blade procs a damage shield of around 275 HP. Its procs starting at level 46. If you want to solo I highly recommend this sword. It can proc up to 7 times in long battle (with high Dexterity). That's almost an extra 2000 HPs. I am a level 47 warrior and with this blade and a Fungi tunic I can easily solo outside Karnors Castle. We we see if I can solo inside soon!!.
Would not part with Blade for any amount of Platinum.

yes it is a proc, tho it doesnt do the most damage in the world. Being able to solo blue freeport guards without loosing a single HP is really Cool, with 160dex and 158agi that is.
