You loot those from the little stand of shrooms near camp.
They are one of three different potion slot buffs.
Healing, haste and clarity are looted off of the 3 different colored stands of shrooms.
All lore and the shroom repop after about 15min.
THey come in handy if your campin the creeps there and you run out of potions.
