One that has been finished into the Mechanointructions are worth more, but you tend to get a few traders in the baz that wanna charge a stupid price for the stuff. A mechanotablet might cost 12k at most in the baz, but you might find a trader trying to sell the mechanoinstructions for over 100K. Most people buy the mechotablet and other tradeskill stuff and have a guildmate do the combine instead.
Just beware, every server has those traders that wanna sell you stuff for 5x more than its worth. Or, omg, have a trader that dont' know the difference between a mechanotablet and mechanointructions.

I killed a million of these guys and have only seen 1 of these drop. It sells for over 582pp to vendor, any idea what this is for?
