i am a 30 warrior and i have this axe the pic on the top is wrong fyi...but i hit for 76 dmg tops and have done criplings for 199 beforei like this axe alot..and it does proc at 30..i have 117 str..if n e 1 has n e str iteams send me a tell i am on morel thule

Hi all! I would like to know what other characters are hitting for when using this weapon. I'm a level 28 half-elf warrior with 115 str and single hit for a low of 15 and a high of 70. When I double attack, I hit in the 90s 67% of the time and about 110 33% of the time. I have triple hit a couple of times for 133 and 165. I critically hit once for a 150 single hit. I like this weapon because I can finish off creatures faster than my 1hs (ice tooth claws and PGT). It's kinda slow, but my 123 agi makes up for it. I play on the Saryrn server and bought this for 250pp in the Overthere. Nice upgrade from my Axe of the Iron Back and looks better too :)

HELLO!! speed doesnt effect how often you hit it effects how often you are hit and your running speed i think but it has absoulty no effect on how often you hit i could have 150 agi and i would hit as fast as normal but it would be hard for your opponet to hit ya and agi helps how much ac you get from each part of armor you have although not as much as strenght (not sure if it is str or not )

As a Lvl 22 GNOMEISH warrior i hit a max of 200 with crippling, 150 with critical, and around 90 normal hit, gotta love those oracles. BTW i'm now level 27 and use CoT and Crystal Fiber, and i outdamage the exe axe.

The Axe procs at 30th level. The haste does increase slightly as you level. At 40th level it will overwrite Shaman quickness but not Enchanter Celerty. It will also stack with the FBSS as that has a permanite haste effect.

FBSS = flowing black silk sash, a waist slot item, gives haste, which makes u hit 20 percent faster. (= 120 %dam output) found in lguk on the frenzied ghoul, just ask for frenzy group, its camped still when ur server is down for update ;) cost around 10k pp

Every resource I have ever seen lists the FBSS as 20 or 21% haste. I have not done any calculations myself, however, but there seems to be a genral opinion that it is right at, or close to 20%.

I just bought one at lvl 18, I am going to stay with my PGT and my Minituar axe until 20, I just tried this out and got a critical for 56, that is more than what i used to get for a crippling blow!!! This weapon does great dmg, I only have 109str. (I had to experiment with a halfling warrior, didn't I?)

Hail and well met fellow warriors, this is a Nice Axe that does good damage. I am 30th lvl and on the average do 50-80 points a shot with crits going up to 110 and have even had a few crippling up to 190!!!!! my STR is 150 and that never hurts =)

I haven't had the chance to crippling blow with this lately (post lvl 20 Dmg Cap I mean), but I have had a max crit so far of 130 and a max hit for 87! And as Scratchyboody always says "I lub mah Axe :)" PS this is with 181 str and only lebel 27

it will proc as any other proc will . based on your dex. Higher dex procs more. Ask a shammy for a dexe buff :)

Haste begins to proc at 30th level, and lasts about two ticks (12 seconds). This Haste proc overwrites Enchanter-provided speed buffs like Quickness and Augmentation, so let them know not to haste you. By 39th level the Enchanter speed buff (Alacrity) is overriding the Haste proc.
The axe looks exactly like the Weighted Axe, both when equipped and on the icon, so if you're opening with the Weighted and switching, you'll have to get in the habit of checking to make sure you switched successfully.

=) Thanks for the correction. I don't get it until 44th, but I didn't realize you got it that much sooner. Perhaps it is level-dependent, then. I know that my Warrior ceased to overwrite Enchanter hastes in his high 30s, and assumed you had gotten a new one. Since I hadn't seen Alacrity yet (I had been refusing haste buffs for several levels), it was new to me!

I own an executioners axe and it just started procing for me at level 30. Exelent weapon btw ive had it since level 21 and it has done me very good even without the proc. It will critical at sometimes over 120 with my 117 strength, so if your an oger warrior you could probably get even higher.

The proc is a spell effect and will therefore stack with effects of permanent items. It will not stack with other spell effects that cause haste since you can only have one of each type.
