Dropped for me in Hate today, I can confirm the class listing is as Fcoty stated.
Bards for example don't get 2HB or 2HS as skill. But they can still use a weapon with it. Like Worker Sledgehammer, It's 2HB and all/all. Everyone can use it, eventhough they don't have the skill.

Yes, Bards have 2hs; even n00b bards. They just can't increase the skill.

Right i know he was modded down but i have to say this. So since my bard has capped forage and cannot raise it he doesnt have the skill? LMAO

Rogues dont have 2HS!
YES, Bards have 2HS abilities. They get that at level 1, just like any other basic offensive skill (1hs, 2hb, 1hb, piercing). A lot of hybrid melee dual weilders would prefer to weild two high dmg weapons vs one 2hs/2hb.
The ROG tag is kinda weird though - I have a rogue and the last thing I'd weild is a 2hs, since my backstab is so lovely. :)

well i am bard and i know that i don't have 2hs. maybe a new patch has occured since u posted but i know that i can't use 2hs. I am a lvl 42 bard of karana

your just confused how it works.
if the item says you can use it you can. regaurdless of the skill or what skills your class "has"
now since the skill isnt listed as one of your skills you will remain at 0 or 1 (whatever the default is) and the weapon is pretty much pointless to use. You will miss 90% of the time and when you do land a hit it will be for low damage.

yeah, and neither do bards, wtf?!?!
picked this up on my SKs first trip to plane of hate got it by default on account that no other tank there wanted it go figure has a nice dmg/dly ratio and some nice stats depending on who im grouped with i usually start with my dark reaver till i proc it then switch to this or the drakkel icegrinder makes for hella dmg and dont forget that wepons over 40 dly get a dmg bonus so just because its slightly slower than some wepons you can do more dmg per whollop withem
