Got these tonight off of the named horsie. Already had Rune Crafter's Greaves but I was only shammie on raid so I got to loot these. I use old models and I like the graphic on these bad boys better than my thurg legs. Just need bp to match now :P

was wondering if this time is the cast time on legs, or on just spell. seems most items have almost double cast times since no mana :(.

Casting time on the greaves is 11.0 seconds, must equip, effect is targetable.

I got mine from a small treant thing,the large black bears dropped shaman bracers.
Got my spirit weaver's greaves from either a yellow or green wisp lookin mob up in Plane of Growth. Both are lvl 60 mobs and the shaman drops were semi rare as we killed about 40 of these with only greaves dropping when I was there.
monk bp + legs dropped from the little brownie people
wizard robe dropped from a little wood totem mob
sk arms x 3 and bp dropped from mobs in a similiar area around the lake where you pull the brownie people and wisps.
mage legs with eff: burnout 3 and nice stats dropped from same area
mage arms also dropped in that area
On a side note, usually 2 protectors of growth came by every 25 minute, so you need to halt pulling unless these buggers agro on your party and kite one around while you are killing the other, then resume pulling after both are dead.
Very nice greaves, looks like a plaid kilt on me =)

I confirm i got my Shamy PoG Leg on a Serene Forest Spirit (a wandering green wisp)

Double WOW i would say. I can't say i play a Shaman but have friends that do and this looks like a really wicked item for them.
