um... why does it say up top that this Really nice wepon is 300pp??is it really 300pp if you are going too buy it?
For one thing, it says 300pp because that is the only price that has been entered. Either this doesn't drop anymore or its just so worthless nowadays that nobody bothers trying to sell to players. (Hell, I am writing a comment on an item that hasn't been commented on in 7mos! LOL!)
23/48 is still decent for a warrior, 2 less dam than an exec axe but also 2 less delay. The hideous 15.0wt will drag that yellow bar straight down though, but the proc IS a useful one. The one on the PGT saved my warrior's butt plenty of times in those younger days...

Rampage is a 39th level enchanter spell, it's an upgrade to berserker strength
it adds 35 str, a shield skin for 90 points(meaning you can take 90 damage before you lose the effect) and lowers agi by 20

I would assume it procs at 30 or 35. This is a lvl 39 enchanter spell, so I doubt it would proc 19 or 15 levels before the enchanter gets the spell.

proc is an enchanter spell
give str sta bonus, magical skin and ,minus ur dex and agi I think
Ask to an enchanter and he will give u more precisions
I guess level 20 is needed for proc, as alomost all proc but not sure, never try the axe
