I just got one (16Jun03) and it's NO DROP. Maybe they changed it and then changed it back? *shrug*

With the recent patch, this are no longer a NO DROP item. Same with the cutting shells in CS.
You are on FV, a server with special rules. One of which is most items are tradeable

As of today, these are still NO DROP, LORE. Do not know where you got your info but at least on Xegony they are NO DROP, uncommon drop off cougars.

I killed about 40 cougars tonight, of which a good 10 had these on them They are indeed still no drop, or at least all of them I looted were.

why would they make the skin for the cruddiest item no drop? heheheh

This cougar skin is not sold at the Gnome camp, and is a no drop item off from the snow cougars roaming around the docks area.
