While running from Dalnir to Firiona Vie, I picked up two of these since I killed goblins while going from one destination to another for faction. They were lore, and though I said I picked up two, that doesn't really mean I got to keep em. I only was able to kept one since they were lore, and I left the corpse there. I'd personally like to know what they are for since I've got it kept in the bank in case it comes in handy for a Quellious monk :)

if these were lore, they are not now. i just looted one with my lvl 6 iksar monk off a gob watcher in LOIO.
So these are dropped by several different levels of goblins. With a weight of 0 and dex of +1 it doesn't hurt my monk, especially combined with the snout mask off an Iksar bandit. I just have to remember to take it off when I sell. -10 charisma doesn't help, especially after working so hard turning in bone chips and scorpion pincers. It is a heck of a thing to have to try to raise your faction with your own people.

Found on Goblin watchers and outlanders and other low lvl goblins near Cabilis. It is a newbie item, no more. 22 is completely incorrect. 3-5 is more like it.
I got one off of a Goblin Watcher in WW near the entrance to Cablis. It's good for beginnning necros who want to get their CHA down for their fear spells.

You can get these at like lvl 3 from the noob gobs near Cabilis in Lake Ill Omen. Pretty decent for non-twink lowbies. But why any 22 would need this is beyond me...

Why would a level 22 need this? -For the quest associated with it- is the answer. I now know to visit the other side closer to Calabis of the LOIO. Turning 4 of these in to the Ranger's guild will get you to the bracers quest. Hand in four bracers and you get decent green colored armor. Just something else to do if you are a wanderer who likes to quest a bit. I may be missing something here but the headbands by themselves are crappy....but what they lead up to is well acquired from fighten gobby battlemasters. Expect to get a group of ppl together for this or one would need to be in their upper teens. Lvl 22 should be doing this with ease to acquire all pieces of the armor that is given out randomly by Captain Keater after you hand em in 4 bracers all at once.
Ummm, flame me if I'm wrong, but I dont think you have the right item. These are lore, so you cant turn 4 into a NPC for a quest.

I got 5, at level 5 too. Wish there was someone I can hand them into for Xp like in Qeynos..lol

Seen this I have not. What creature has this? Used as Qeynos monks' headband can it be?
