Can cobalt boots effect stack with shaman STR buff's?
No it doesn't, but you can keep them around for when there isn't a shammy in the group. Plus, if you have better boots, just equip the cobalt when you need to cast the buff and wear the better boots as normal.
25ac ya cant beat it its great for any melee class

not too bad small side stats
Cobolt Boots
AC: 25 Effect: Str of the Kunzar
(RT click self only 25str buff)
by the lvl you obtain either of these you should have enough wt reduce bags to cary around both pairs, use the cobolt to buff yourself then switch to Berserker's and you get the best of both worlds IMO.
I have yet to obtain Berserkers myself but will have them in near furture, I wear my cobolt regualy, also have Indi boots from PoH i keep close by for cases where resists are needed.

these suck and dont suck at the same time. 25ac owns, no doubt about that. but 1str, 2dex, 3sta? what crap. at least iksar can wear this stuff, the 25ac will be huge on them :)

Anyone know if Iksar can still wear these? The quest armor from Thurgadin does't allow Iksar, so it seems strange that this stuff, which is otherwise identical, does.

Yes Iksar can wear em. BTW, the whoe set is identical. Iksars must go to PoG, while followers of Tunare and those who wish to maintain good faction with her will do the Thurgadin quests.

For da idiot dat say dem suck, shuush! No one want ta hear yous silly uneducated opinion, while on da udda hand dem all wanting to hears me opinion =P Now for des boots, dem seeming quite nice, same ac as cobalt, but wit out da effect and des have small stats modifiers. Now, luk at dem class, dat warrior only! Any warrior worth a damn knows dat ac is king among warriors. Me guessin' stoopids would rather have dwarven work boots, phaw! Des boots own dwb's! Most classes no get BP's wit ac dis high. Me rather have cobalt boots personally, no need stats, like da effect on cobalt more, but if me had choice between des boots and all udda boots aside from cobalt, me would take des.

Excuse me? They kinda suck? 25 AC on a BOOT kinda sucks? What game are you playing? There is only one other foot item with 25 AC, which by the way is the highest AC on a foot item, and that is Cobalt. For a melee character AC is king and having the highest AC of any item for the same slot is what is important for a warrior. The other stats on it don't hurt either, but they are a bit low for a planes item.

good point but the other berzerker gear more that makes up for the stats lacking on the boots

True but if your a warrior that is PoG able most likely your going to own cobalt boots and they blow these out the water. Before you get rid of your cobalt for PoG gear... make sure to save da bootz!

cobalt boots are 25ac bud.
The berserkers is better IMO since the cobalt effect dosent stack with shaman buffs
