Killed him 3 times with one group. All 3 times he dropped his other loot. Engraved Bone Pauldrons. Looks like these are rare from him.

easy quest : u have to kill a 42 thing : one cleric + 1 pal + me ' lvl 42) and we did it finger in the nose )

Or, you can just kill the giant that gives the quest, and get the bracer, as we did on a raid.
Yeah killing him for it might be a good idea if he dropped the item every time or b was something a group of 42s could kill. The latter I highly doubt and after faction camping for a 57 mage a 60 cleric and I a 51 ranger decided to kill some more interesting stuff, in a 3hour stint we killed this guy 3 times he dropped the Engraved Bone Pauldrons twice and the rogue bracer 1 time, to bad it rotted. We never did see the mask and a 15 minute patch notice came so it was time to leave.
