Just an FYI... this has been fixed and now summons a full bag w/ 4x stacks, not just 3x stacks as before..

I got one of these today in PoG, but when I right click on it it says "You are not sufficient level to use this item". I'm currently level 46, what level do I need to be to use the clicky effect?

I just made it to level 50, and the effect is working now. Wow this is a nice spell for a monk to have!
Any idea what the effect is anyone?
the effect is summons a 4 slot pouch with 3 stacks of shurikens. pouch is tiny items only. Shurikens are 7dam 23dly range 100 agi+4 dex+4 monk and rogue only

This is an amazing spell hehe. Summons a 0.1 weight bag with 100% reduction(only holds ammo) And the shurikens have stats:
7/23 100range +4agi/+4dex 0.1 weight mnk/rog only
7/23 100range +4agi/+4dex 0.1 weight mnk/rog only
I believe this is a mage post 50 spell that summons a bag of bandages and food... or something along those lines.

Summons 60 shurikens and I believe bandages also. Ive had several copies of the spell but never scribed it.
