I got mine the other day from an NPC Vendor in the mines of Kaladim for 1cp. Whoever sold it, THANKS MUCHO, DUDE!!!!!!!!
I got really really lucky and bought one off a really nice Halfling in Gfay for only the 44 plat I had on my lvl 9 SK :)
Found one of these yesterday on the merchant on the Isle of Erollisi for a mere 1 copper. I don't know who was silly enough to sell it to her, but they have my thanks.

I normally sell this item for 100 to 150 pp since it is a lore item and i wish to get rid of and make fast cash for a easy kill.

One more AC, one more agility, a little str and sta (means you hit harder and get a couple more hp!) than a wu's fighting collar, at the cost of weighing a little more. But the weight's worth it! This is a nice neck item for a monk. Some dark elf necro, camping Seafarer's Roost in East Freeport (yes, he was actually taking on the bar patrons for whatever reason) walked by and gave it to me for free. I kept the karma going by giving my wu's collar to a newbie monk.

Not really. Just because it says ALL ALL doesnt mean its good for every class. Its great for almost any melee class but when it comes to casters you can forget it!

i got one for 130pp in Ill Omen ok stats and i still wear it at lvl 33.could some one tell me if ry gor neck is beter.

well duh. If you can't wear it then OBVIOUSLY it isn't as good as something you can wear. If someone lists something that you can't wear as an upgrade to something you CAN wear, I'd think you'd be intelligent enough to disregard it, lol.
It seems to me that the mystics drop the necklace and earrings the most out of any of the orcs. The legos drop the earrings almost as much as mystics but I have yet to see anything other than a mystic with the necklace.

This is a very good neck item, and i think its just as good as ruined lava pendant but alot more common. thanks verant.

I agree this is a good neck item. 5AC is not shabby and it adds 3 to 3 different stats. Great for warriors, it should come cheap as it is the booby prize for those who are camping for Ry'Gorr Armor.
I disagree with the cheap thing, but good for a warrior, yes, BUILT for a rogue though ;]

My group looted one of these of a legionaire in the blacksmith room today. Seems to be rare drop off orcs and the orc fang earings are common drop.

The Orc Earrings and Necklaces have a chance of dropping off any orc in Eastern Wastes. The wanderers, the fort orcs or in the camp by the bridge.

I got this off of a Mystic Oracle who conned blue to me at lvl 38. Thus, I would have to agree that it does drop off of other mobs besides just the Oracle.
