I just bought this in Bazaar on AB server from someone cleaning out their vault. (They said they were transferring servers) Only paid 150 for it, I bought it more as a novelty than anything else. I'm curious to see what level it processes at.

This also has an effect: Engulfing Darkness. To my knowledge this item only dropped on Halloween day, 1999 off of level 50 dark elf warriors (during the GM event on that day). I was lucky enough to be standing around when the GM on my server realized that no one was going to kill these guys, so the GM came along and slew them himself, but did not loot. Hello phat lewt!
