yeah i got one too..im level 40 and i soloed the undead mob that droped it and looted thinking it was a quest....to be honest i havent used a weapon like this since i was using a glowing velium axe in my 20s.people able to get one of these are capable of doing much better than this-but then i remeber that it is old world=mabey this used to be cool?

I guess I don't understand NO DROP or maybe this is a great weapon for the level you have to be defeat a Risen Commander but I don't think so. Why in gods name would you have item that is NO DROP be useless by the time your capable of getting it. Are they trying to promote unfair play. The level 10 person who happens to know a few level 50 players so they don't actually have to put any effort into it. They should be rewarding people who who are doing things on their own. Is it just me or would this make more sence being a level 20 to 30 quest item. I shouldn't expect more than this from Verant most of the stuff they do don't make any sence anyways.
Well, 90% of the lvl 50 people have a lvl 60 main, therefore, 90% of those mains twink their lvl 50 alt. Of course, if you have a soulfire or any UBER weapon, this is useless. But if you happen to be a non twink, or just didnt put as much money as Mr.Soandso into a good weapon, this might come in handy. Not every lvl 50+ mobs have to drop the HAND OF GOD. Grow up.

Risen commander drops this, and its rare, rare because a guildmate and myself camped the undead for about 4 hours(they spawn only at night) and we only saw this one. It is also a no drop item, let a low level ranger in the area loot it off the commanders corpse.
