Got one tonight in ToFS. It does indeed drop off the maggot infested flesh. Much nicer find then that mask it sometimes drops.

I picked up one of these in the E Commons Mall last night for 70pp. It fits me and I'm a Dwarven Paladin? According to the pic above that shouldn't be, but I'm wearing it so go figure. Hey I'm not complaining :)

Consider Belt of the Cenobite, Crystal covered shroud ( oh sorry, hust wood elf druids cannot use... ), no mid level quest armour... must bea case of "shi**y player envy"...
The reason wood elf druids can't wear a CCS is very simple.. they don't have a robe graphic.. the CCS is a robe.. therefore only races that have a robe graphic can use it.. (I guess a wood elf wouldn't be caught dead in a robe, it covers too much up.. hehe)

The Maggot Infested Flesh is what I believe drops this, got one a while back, and I think this is who drops it. I know for sure it's from the 4th floor though. :)

Can anyone give me some insight as to the resoning behind not allowing this to be used by druids?
You can plainly see that the classes who can use this are melee! Druids are not a melee class. Just because it has +wis doesn't automatically mean druids should be able to use it... Clerics are wis casters, but do you see CLR in the list? NO!
Another reason may be that VI got tired of everyone making druids and wanted to add incentive for people to try another class that is a little tougher to play.
And before you flame me for that last remark, look on the class spread pages and you'll see that there are more druids around proportionately than any other class, except warriors. Oh, and yes I also have a druid alt and yes, he's fun to play, too.
