I'm trying to think of why a Pally would need spell haste for beneficial spells w/ 3.0+ cast times. Is this so people won't have to wait as long when you sit in PoK buffing? lol. Seriously, this focus effect is only going to affect your buffs, right? What's the benefit of spell haste there, unless you're trying to rebuff during a fight. ???
Paladins frequently spam heals in raids to keep mts, and other party members up while complete heals land...absolutely a nice thing to have

only problem is lots of paladins prefer to use the quick heals on raids so this focus effect does not affect those heals
