Every quest armor from PoP up has FT on the cleric bracers now none?
You know I've noticed that too. And not just that, but a new range of items being released with suddenly tiny stats with disproportionally large hp/mana/end. E.g Ethereal Silversilk Wristwraps.
I think honestly its that the Devs realise that it's ever easy to max out FT and stats, and so they're concentrating on the areas that're still sought after.
