you make the temporite bar as above - then a lvl 66 chanter can use the ABILITY enchant temporite. It's like an AA - but you learn the ability from a scroll you make. Ability is on a 7+ a bit hour re-use timer.
Fight smarter not harder.

but how do u enchanted it i have not found a way to do so

Gnomish Heat Source was consumed on success. Did not have a failure so I don't know what it would do on a fail.
