Right know I have a kobold jester's crown from Velks it has 16ac 0.0 weight and +30cha the downside is -30 int which for me at lvl 53 is about half a bub of mana. I still think its worth it cause even when I'm charm kiting (about the only time I use mana)if I get a couple less resists it ends up justifing the hit to my mana pool.

This is a total bard item. saying it is good for other classes might be right but its a total bard item. druids and clerics and shamans wont use it cause it has no wis.
Bards are all about CHA. thats what we need to do good in the game.

Won this today, my first trip to Kael. Only about 5 of us rolled for it, I got lucky. The CHA will come in handy when I'm workin' them tradeskills; that with the Crude Stein and Glamour buff, and I'll be creepin' towards a 120 CHA fer buyin' and sellin' now. AC isn't bad, however, as a shaman... I'm stickin' with me totemic helm for now. The resists may come in handy, not sure, too tired at the moment to figure 'em in with my regular resist kit. Prolly not worth dumpin' the WIS for only 3 more FR points.

Dropped by a named SK in the Frost Giant house, I believe his name is Bjorak Coldstone, but not sure... He usually drops a SK only sword. When we killed him he did not have the sword and dropped the Circlet instead, very nice Bard item, too bad no bards in the group

Yasnsabar, there is a +30 charisma - 30 int and some ac crown that drops in Velkators at the village off of the corner spawn. <named, cant remember>

I don't see it on the fashion table...as a very vain bard, I'm wondering what this thing shows up as...

Just looted this today, looks like a semi-normal greenish helm with etchings on my wood-elf bard, and emits light (only item she now has that does). Somewhat lighter colour than the helm I was previously using.
This is using Luclin models. Haven't checked what it looks like on old ones.

It's the leather look for a Barbarian Shaman as well, e.g. BEAR HAT! Woot!

On my Halfling druid it shows as Leather.

They should have also made this an enchanter item but my 2cp is that this would be a good switchable item for druids. We need charisma for our animal spell line...

it is beyond me as to why a cleric druid or shaman would want this item realy other than for the ac which doesnt matter much to most. for a bard though this item would be very nice. hopefully not too rare it would be easier to obtaine than a crown of tranix for sure, and although not quite as good its still quite nice.
I am a cleric and would be willing to role for this item should there not be a better suited class without it, like a bard or enchanter. I would use it for its charisma since I am a tradeskill junkie. But should a bard or other suitable class be without one, then I would insist he/she take it and I will wait for the next one should it ever come.

I was on a Keal raid and this dropped, a DRU won the roll for it :( Ive never seen it worn by her, im not annoyed just jealous shes in my guild after all.
This would of been fantastic for me, me bard is in need of the CHA boost all the time

I got really lucky the first time I ever hunted at the manor in Kael. I do not remember who the mob was, but this dropped and it was given to me, neing the onle bard there. The added charisma is really a blessing, allowing me to charm and mez mobs for longer, making me even more effective at crowd control.
