Why quest?

Makes me wonder why so many of my guildees are searching and hunting for hours or even days for an item that summons magik throwing thingees when you can pick up a thousand of these for a little over 200 platinum and skill up in order to fill out their achievements. It is not like they are using any of the throwing weapons for damage, only to skill up and fulfill their achievements. Now less than 2 months into House Thule most are bored, and this is the only sort of thing they might lack.
These are Magic...

And I think that is where their value lies over regular Shurikens. They can hit more mobs, especially higher end ones...

And the Delay value is the same, but the ratio on these is better. Regular Shurikens are better for Throwing skillups, because of their cheaper price.

0.6 weight for 40 instead of 1, monks love that!

Oh yes, indeed... compared to standard shurikens, these have higher damage, less delay, longer range, lighter weight, what's not to like? The price of course... these are quite expensive, at about 5pp a stack. (Sold in Thurgadin, by the merchant next to the rogue trainer.) But if you're of the level that can fight in GD, you shouldn't have much problem scraping together the cash for these. Great for monks who ran out of shurikens from home, and aren't high enough or don't have good enough faction yet to get a bracer of hammerfall yet. Of course, shattering hammers are heavier and have less range than these. (But if you have the bracer, you can summon them for free).

(P.S. Merchant who sells these is named Clara.)
