wow I'm replying to my own post from nearly 3 years ago!
I managed to obtain one of these masks by winning a forum challenge on the official SOE everquest forums. part of my prize was a choice of the following items:
Mask of the Devious (gnome)
Lens of the Evil Eye (evil eye)
Fairy Wing (fairy)
Tharkis' Platinum Stud (orc)
Fendrakyn's Shattered Shard (Imp)
Docleaf's Shattered Shard (Imp)
Lepracon's Pot of Gold (Scaled wolf)

Guise of the Deceiver (Dark Elf Illusion)
