I did the castle area with myself, a 60 rogue, a 60 cleric, a 60 SK and a 54 monk. 2 pair of these dropped along with a huge assortment of higher end Breastplate gems, a pair of Barbed ringmail leggings and one of the blood runed shortswords all in about 4 hours. Was great fun.

awesome gaunts. i picked up a pair in EC today. traded cobalt gaunts,Honed Velium Warsword(10 21 1hs)and 2k. i mighta got ripped but the 5str and 1ac and 50hp better than cobalt pwns. cobalt gaunts effect wasnt helping me anyhow since i have the boots and they have better STR buff. well NICE gaunts. and btw they look like PoG armor on ogres. i hear the leg peice islike 39ac-5dex-5agi??

According to my sources, they are wearable by SKs as of a patch or two ago.

I thkes several high level groups to get into the bowels of the dungeon where these come from...the named spawn that drops them is close to the boss mob of the dungeon.

Congrats, These are some great gloves. Better than cobalt. 1 more ac, 4 str and 25 hps better, plus these have a great look.

As far as the wt thing goes dont hold your breath as always verant will correct it mistake with out fail once it is pointed out so dont consider the WT an asset , but the AC and such I imagine the gloves will get heavy in a patch or 2 ....so enjoy the graphic at least :)

Methinks that saying "I'll random for these, I need them for my warrior twink" will get you kicked out of a group in the middle of Velketor Labyrinth faster than you can say "aye".

If there's a warrior in the raid, don't expect to be allowed even to *look* at them.
