Sells for under 200. There are far better neck slot equip. out there. Never look at these prices on these sites they are sorely inflated.
It's the beauty of supply and demand. When it first comes out, it's expensive and the prices are fairly accurate. Then it becomes more common, or something better comes along and the price drops. Since this site never ages out old prices, even putting in a new, accurate price doesn't help much. Just keep an eye on the forums, which often list the "going" price for an item.

So what makes this thing so god awful expensive. I am not complaining as I have one and am willing to sell it for 1k. Are there not comparable neck pieces that are easier for casters to get?

Maybe it is possible that someone planted it on the merchant and then the merchant put it up for sell. Well, nice try at getting people to lower the price on a decent item by being deceitful.

This item drops off either the Drachnid Retainer or Queen Dracnia herself. Looted one tonight during a camp there.
