any idea if ber can use these? I am thinking of making a model berserker with just rare classic items, maybe even just old world items :D

Concidering this was before the noob weapons... this is a very nice item... actually. Normally old world quests are not as good as new world (updated) ones. Being that Kunark, Velious, Luclin and other zones.... the mobs are a bit tougher, drops are better. ETC. In this case, technically, a lot of work, but the old school weapon is much better....

I'm a lowish inkie, and I would rather have something that still lets me bash.

I must say, as a 25th season Teir'Dal Knight of Shadows, this would not be a bad weapon for a Shadow Knight fledgling. I, myself started with a Dark Reaver, but the weapon doesn't do as much damage (which doesn't matter because of the cap) and it adds a few stats which could be handy. Altogether, not a bad weapon I'd say.
