Item I got on FV server says lvl 0 to proc for effect... so will do anyone.

Only paid 50p for it so will try out and see if it sux totally or not lol

Should be fun for a lvl 10 bst

UPDATE: Well, it proc'd on me at level 21, no problem. My own fault for not researching before I bought it, and the fault of the person I sold it to will hopefully feel the same way. I at least showed mock shock when he sent me a tell explaining what it did to him. I offered to trade things back if he felt I had mislead or cheated him (hey I was asking 500pp in the Bazaar and he came to me offering a weapon that sells on our server for around 200pp, 70pp cash, and about another 60-70pp in additional items, so call it 340pp) he decided to keep it and try and sell it himself. So in the end I lost around 160pp, fairly cheap for the leason learned I guess.



I bought this last night in the Bazaar (FV Server, where NoDrop doesn't mean much). I'm a level 21 Bard and the stats looked very good for the asking price and I hadn't researched it. So now my question is what level does it start to proc? I haven't used it at all yet, am I in for a nasty suprise or am I safe for a few levels? I'll repost with results if I get it to proc and at what level (close to 22 at the moment).

I'll have to look into these quests and see if I can buy any other parts for them in the Bazaar. Not high enough myself yet, but if I can aquire the pieces with plat it won't be so bad.

Yes it does look like a jagged ice shard for the person who asked, I would really like to get one for my rogue, but if I go up to ninth ring its not gonna be for him so prolly won't get an uncursed one :/

I have a Jagged Ice Shard and I'm really pleased with how it looks, and how I wished it wasn't lore. Somebody told me the Dirk of the Traitor looked like the Jagged Ice Shard and I was wondering if it was true.

Yeah, what happens if your dex is very low, like 74-75 with minus stats. Would it still proc? What if you upped yer MR to about 70-80. Would that help to resist the proc?
Just curious if there's a way round this proc.

Can someone summerize a list of who and what all we need to do the entire quest. I already have Rodricks Head and the Dirk. Quite a decent Weapon other than the spinning every time I proc it which happens a lot. Is there a way to break this Curse? If so let me know.

The head guy in the temple says the Dain will reward people for evidence of traitors. I wandered around in the Dains keep, being looked upon warmly has it's good points. But the dain was not up while I was in there. I will wander around some more and try to figure out how to get the Dain to spawn.

Maybe if it was range this weapon would be the best thing to put in range but im a bard and it has some decent stats so i might wanna pick one up ayone got the lvl on Rodrick cause hes gonna get a taste of what bards can really do!

Ok I IDed this earlier with the help of a bard and heres what it told me, the daggers real name is not the Dirk of the Traiter it is the Cursed Dirk of Treachery.
And if anyone finds a quest that removes the curse tell us PLZ Ill love you forever )

Could some one help me out of what drops this item?

When this procs on me, I spin around and then get a message saying that I am sick. It sounds like what the Ench 'Whirl til you Hurl' spell is supposed to do. I'm sure the Gift is an upgrade of that.
