Its a 19dam 25 delay and dont forget the extra 10 ac and grim aura i use it from time to time better than noc ebon mace with one point less is great but when u in TOV Ill take all the ac I can get hands down .

Has now been upgraded as of the last patch...new stats are:
19/25, AC10, +50 mana, Effect (clickable): Grim Aura

Sword of Pain is 19/27...a very nice wpn and would take it over MoSS and possibly Nocti (unless you need the stats) anyday.
As for the effect...Grim Aura...Natsuko made a comment that he has it up and running in spells inventory already...my opinion, if i have it on the wpn already...hmmm....that would clear up another spell slot for me to load something else!
Never can have enuff dots/lifetaps/shrouds up..and if I can clear up a spot...I'LL TAKE IT!!

I think this sword is way better than the MoSS, not ripping on the MoSS, have one now. Just I would be willing to give up the extra Int, but I make up for it by the mana and proc with this.

Seems there are 2 sowrds or verant updated it on eqlizer they are showing 19/27 which isnt bad. Where this one shows 19/29. I would take this does it look like the Noct blade when held? Anyone got an answer for that.
Grim Aura is a +12-15 Atk Buff, It stacks with just about everything.. Really not a bad effect when you think about it but i persoanly would rather have it as a Clickable effect.... In combat with this thing procking could drive you insane

Got our groups SK this sword. The effect is a rclick, just as is the Pali's sword (I'm assuming, purge as a proc makes NO sense).
Of course now sks get grim aura spell at 22.
Makes the proc of the sword moot when I have grim aura up on my level 28 sk ALL THE TIME and its low mana and lasts quite a while.
This is a nice sword though as a mini noc, but I think most sks would have been camping/bought a noc by the time they got to velks in velious. The 50 mana might be inconsequential for an sk sort of as they are mostly melee. The only advantage this sword had over a noc was grim aura and that is now rendered moot basically making it a moss now. In fact for my sk at least since I don't have 100 int, the 10 int on a moss is better pretty much than 50 mana by the time you'd be getting this sword.

BTW, since it is a right click effect, you dont need to have grim aura memd any more. I would rather have the lower delay on this over the moss.. 10int better then 50mana? naw, look at a mana calculater. 10int is nothing to your mana pool as a hybrid.

This item was stealth enhanced to 19/27 so it now has a slightly better ratio than the Noct blade.

Does anyone know what lvl mob drops this thing? As I understand it in Velketor it basically gets tougher as you go up. So could a group 45-50 get to the mobs that drop this stuff? I for one am looking forward to wielding this cool looking weapon in one hand and not look like a cleric (see same dmg/dly as MoSS) or some nonsense like that.

The kobalds are very tough they hit for 150-200+ and i imagine this sword adds a little more damage) probly 8-12 50s needed

He took him in stride with the rest of the lower dogs camp (ie. no downtime) Good xp though =)

It's a mace of shadowed souls minus 10int plus grim aura. Hope it looks nice.

For your information, it has the looks of a Dark Reaver ( SK 2hs ) or you can say it looks like the Glowing Black Sword OR the Soul Leech, Dark Sword of Blood. ( SK 2hs ) from the Plane Of Fear
