The level requirements quoted by Lladnar are incorrect.
Potion Level required
I 1
II 5
III 10
IV 15
V 20
VI 25
VII 35
VIII 45
IX 55
X 65
From what I have seen so far, they all follow this pattern. There maybe some expections of course.

Love these! As a healing druid in LDoN's or on DoN's, there are times when shix happens. Not having an effective HoT can often make the diff between a win and a wipe. Having some of these on you can make you ALMOST as good as a cleric. In today's game, this is truly a blessing!
Says craftable, assuming by shammies but I cannot find the recipe.

Hemlock powder (alchemy merchant in Abysmal Sea)
Gerti Blossom (Vah Shir alchemy merchant in PoK)
small vial x5 (same vender in PoK)
level X elixir is trivial at 348
IX is trivial at 302
each level has a minimum level so look out when you buy them, X is for 65 and up. IX is 60 and up, etc.

This is by far the best potion of the bunch. Sure makes you smell like a rose after a bad pull. Kinda hard to corpse with a dozen or so of these in hand.

Warriors finally have something that makes us smile. I carry 60 potions everywhere I go now. They are incredable. 2k for 60 potions about not so bad the way they save groups and my life if some healer is slacking a bit.
It does happen to all of us no doubt. But at least we can help out a bit now. And for soloing these are now 100% a must!
