Just so you know, these "Ornate Chain Boots" are not to be confused for the ones involving the patterns that drop in PoP zones... these are regular armor boots that are smithed using HQ Metal Rings and a Bar of Silver (among other ingredients)... subsequest recipies using electrum, gold, and platinum bars have increasing amounts of CHA bonuses respectively. These make a relatively easy step for smithing (though expensive - especially for Platinum bars) until you get to Fine Plate levels...

Anyone know which mob drops these patterns? I've done the MSands in BOT, but only the leather pattern has dropped there off the mini that spawns on the stage area between the Krigers.

This appears to be only for mid-size races, not small or large.
