Clickable?

Is this ring clickable from inventory? If so it is a free clicky heal with less than a 4 minute recast. What is not to like?
shame

its a shame it had to be a ring. There are so many easy to get rings by this point in the game, with rivaling if not better stats, its sad. The clicky on this ring is the only reason why i still keep it at all. I have porthio's ring of shadows, and fabled ring of lifeward from AC. Both rings have better stats, porthio's has better mods, and all three are about the same level of difficulty to get (except for fabled ring, they nerfed the event because you could one group it when fableds first came out). its not a bad ring by a long shot, but there are much easier to obtain rings out there. gratz to all who are able to get this though, for it is a nice item.

Nice stats but as a shaman you might as well spend your brownie points on a useful item.
Some other classes got very useful effects so the quest isnt all useless. =P
Recast Time?

What's the recast time on the Yoppa's effect?

makes heals champ and panther cast faster,,,the rest is covered with QB3

Why not detrimental? beccause no dev at soe has ever played a shaman after lvl 50

And apparently neither have you. Beneficial spell haste includes heals. How many times have not just shammies, but all healers have a target die a split second before a heal went off? Everytime that happens, tell yourself "if I had a better beneficial haste, %t would still be alive." Come back in a few months and tell me how useless beneficial haste is. I have this same focus on my cloak and I love it. It has saved many, many lives. Not to say this ring couldn't have had a better focus but to imply it's almost useless is foolishness.
Does anyone have this?

I do not see this on Magelo anywhere, and am curious if anyone reading the boards has attained this yet.

Because quickbuff only enhances buffs, and offensive temp buffs with a duration over 30 seconds.
Whereas spell haste is universal short of a few permanantly disabled spells in the shaman line that are allowed no haste.....the cannibalize line to be exact.
Why the focus effect?

If spell haste is capped at 50% which can be achieved through AAs (quick buff 3), why oh why would you put this focus effect on a Shaman item?
