Any day I get bored, I think I'll do this quest. My warrior doesn't have any shoulder items... About how long should this quest take with just-mastered brewing and baking? Also, is the pot purchaseable from any merchants near Cabilis?
I just stumbled across this Grey Ice traveling through FM; loc 1341, 2026 (both positive)

Mostly because that info can be found on the page that details the quest - rather than this page which concentrates on the quest result.
But to answer your question. The mountain for the ice is behind the giant fort in FM. The pond with the fish is encountered as you're following the stream from the lake in the Lake of Ill Omen to FV.

I found the grey ice on the mountain just north of the Lake Omen zone above the burynai cave thats home to Snoarf.

For me this pauldron is the best in trouper scale because you an obligation to do the quest alone, with your skills.

This is a good problem for me. But i think there is an other probleme : how a LVL 20 do to have a complet set of trouper scale armor? Im 40 and i have just my complet armor. I dont understand why the quests armors are not no drop. For me a quest armor depend to your effort and not of the numbers of characteres that you have or the numbers of players that you know.

These are very nice i have full set of Trooper scale Great armor But its worth more than every thing you must do to get the peices. But any way I hear that the Dreadscale armor the SKs get are alot better then Trooper scale.......I realy dont under stand this I saw the helm of this SK armor and its 10x better then the trooper scale.
I thought the GMs where making every Class at the same equality but have diffrent abilities like;
Warriors get critics,SKs get harm touch and spells etc,Wizard get high damage nukes. So on and so forth!
But any way i think the armor needs to have a stats raise.
If any one feels the same please post >)

You must be looking at different armour than me. The Dreadscale is all 1 AC lower than the corresponding Trooper piece. The non-resist stats are much better on the Trooper pieces. The only thing the Dreadscale has going for it is better resist stats - not to be scoffed at, but no way would I trade 13 AC and better str, dex, agi bonuses for 5-7 points of extra resistance.
