We need verification on the Goblin Drunkard being the source for the drop (assumed true).

I can confirm its the drunkard on several occasions. I've gotten the blue hammer several times in recent years. But I'm too lazy to post a pic.

I'm looking for this Staff and so far haven't found anywhere what Mob Drops this. Here is what I have found on the other staffs. Anyone know exactly which mob for certain drops this? (some "thought" it was the Goblin Drunkard)

It is the Drunkard. It is his rare and the Frothy Goblin Tonic is the (un) common. Have killed him quite a few times, but only gotten the staff twice.

Anyone tried to slay the priestess after actually handing her the 4 staves ?
I read somewhere that she assembles the staff and gives you a note to take to Neriak *doh*
How about slaying the lil' do-gooder and pry the staff out from her hand ?

Ah.. ok.. since most people dont know what the staves are about and stuff.. Ill tell you.
When Rallos Zek made his 4 ultimate warriors.. one of which being the Goblins.. he gave them and ultimate staff, holding all the elements powers. When Rallos Zek tried to take over the Planes and defeat the lesser gods with his "children" the Gods put a curse over them, making them into the lesser forms they are today. He also took this elemental stave, seperating it into the 4 elemental staves today. The goblins seperated into 4 tribes, taking with them their piece of stave. Water went to the Lake Rathe goblins, Fire went to the Solusek Goblins, Slime went to the Runneye Goblins, and Ice went to the Permafrost Goblins.. :)

Didn't see any other post stating what level it proc'd, but it did proc quite a bit for my lvl 2 wizzie... 12pt fire damage makes for a nice twinking item.
There is no ultimate staff available.
There are 4 staves, elemental ones (no, have nothing to do with magician): water, slime, ice, fire. You will get these 4 to Najena to that visiting priestess, give them to her and get a note. That note you have to give to one priest (or priestess) in Neriak, who suicides at the moment. Then again I heard that he/she doesn't sucide anymore. In any case, these 4 elemental staves are used in the quest to get the Blued Two-Handed Hammer, which used to be quite a weapon back in the old days, but was then removed by Verant.
I guess I have to check whether the quest is finally doable again..
