NO item with this name or effect on the current NPC noted above.
Awsome in duels. But unfair :) Dueled a lvl 60 drood friend of mine with 2 of these at lvl 53. He never knew what hit him. Of course...totaly lame and unfair.
Must have been, it says it's a lore item, so I'm asking how you could have dueled him with two?

while I realize that to someone on a blue server, this item might seem like junk to hold back for a rainy day... on a pvp server this is a very useful tool... it's essentially an instant 1200dmg to another player... not bad for ganking ;0

If this was unlim charges, you would be soloing gods with no problem (provided they didn't resist).
No cast time, instant hurt.

Hehe Any wizard that is out of mana with an almost dead mob chasing him would. Also the casting time is INSTANT so you can fire all 3 at once 625x3=BANG!. hehe It also means dead wizard from agro but.

like the picture shows has this wand 3 charges, not 5. bertoxßserver sais the price is 30k, but this is possible hoax
