This is not a common drop.
The right leg is a major pita to get to drop. Might be 3 years later, but I agree with Bullridnmarine. It does NOT seem like a common drop.

Above says rarity is common...that is a load of BS. I have been camping this drop for weeks now. Still I have everything but this one. Have seen my fair share of every decayed armor drop but this one is still evading me after all this time. Common drop my butt.
