I don't see a 'Prototype Decoder Token' in the system, so I assume you can't tokenify the Prototype Decoder as you can with other containers via the Container Tokens 'quest' in Bazaar. Can anyone confirm this?

Correct. I was unable to hand this in to the Token lady in the Bazaar. Just drop it on an alt until you are ready to use it in the MMM quest.
