This dropped in the original Cazic Thule zone from "a steel golem" on the Phinigel server prior to Shadow of Luclin. I have one for sale on my trader right now.

Added, thanks! I also removed the Feerrott zone mention since there was nothing to confirm it.

This item Drops in Befallen Down on the third floor
I'll check on this, but it seems very doubtful.
Still no sign of it in Ferott either.

Oh yes I was HOPING they hadn't removed this from the game. Thank you for moving it into the Feerott with all the Ravenscale, my roag on Vallon Zek LOVES these, tho they cost about 150pp to recharge each...

Are they really moved? Has someone found the golem in Feeroot, or is it just a case of "all old Cazic items are now tagged as dropping in Feeroot"?

this item hurts in PvP =( On Sullon Zek lets say you're gettin chased by a rogue and you got sow, so no problem.. then BAM, despelled, like WTF? he got the wand =(
you can also recharge em sorta, sell a wand with 1 charge left in it to a vendor then buy it back.. kinda an exploit or something, but you get wand back fully charged

are there other items you can recharge like this?
This wand is a wonderful dueling item. It is easily obtained, instant-casting and useable by everyone. I believe the effect on this wand strips off the first 4 buffs you have on. I also believe it is unresistable.

Well just got there today and got this rod.i am a mage so i not need this.its a lvl 44 enchanter spell <disspell>.

Its basically a dispell effect. Not sure if it is like old egg shaped Pumice so it has no casting time or not but it dispells 3-4 effects if im not mistaken. good for PVP :D

On a blue server this is nothing more than a toy but on the PvP servers this item is very powerful. It can be cast on the run and 4 clicks will remove every buff you could possibly have on you...
