I've noticed that a lot (if not all) of the entries for type 7, 8 DoN augments, like the entry for the Greater Dream Delver's Stone, also list them as type 9. As far as I know, there are no type 7, 8, AND 9 augments coming from DoN merchants. Sometimes I wish they did offer Type 7, 8, 9 augments on the same item ;-)
